This notice applies to people who visit this website, submit an enquiry, request a proposal, attend our programmes or otherwise engage with Fortebridge Consults. Fortebridge Legal Consults, registered in Nigeria under Registration No. 9880621, is responsible for the personal information described here.
Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect your name, contact details, organisation, role, service requirements, correspondence, transaction or engagement records and any information you choose to provide. If you complete the Business Protection Assessment, we also collect your answers, score, selected area of interest and the source through which you reached the assessment. Your unfinished answers are saved in your browser until you submit or clear them. Masterclass registration includes the business issue you want discussed and, if supplied, your assessment score. Consultation requests include your preferred times and a short issue description. A SheBuilds 10 application includes your business location, sector, trading and registration status, leadership role, description of a business challenge and the outcome you seek. We ask that you do not submit highly confidential, privileged or sensitive documents through website forms.
We use information to assess and respond to enquiries, generate and email assessment results, administer the Business Protection Masterclass, check SheBuilds 10 eligibility and score applications against published criteria, contact applicants about selection, consider requests for further support, perform agreed services, manage client relationships, issue proposals and invoices, meet professional and regulatory obligations and improve our services. If you separately choose to receive updates, we may send occasional educational material and invitations; you can ask us to stop at any time. We do not sell personal information.
Information may be shared with personnel, professional advisers, technology providers, regulators or service partners where reasonably necessary and subject to appropriate obligations. We use an email delivery provider for confirmations and reminders. For online consultation payments, Paystack receives the payer email, amount, reference and business name to process and verify the payment. We do not collect card details through our website. We retain information only for as long as required for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute management or legitimate business records.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis of processing. Some requests may be limited by professional duties, legal requirements or another lawful basis.
